3 Double Bedrooms, 1 Twin Bedroom. There is a bedsettee in one of three reception rooms downstairs. Cot available. Additional fold up beds can be available on request for additional children. There is a portable TV in the main ensuite

1 Bathroom, 1 Shower, 1 Separate WC. Family bathroom with a shower within the bath and toilet. Shower, toilet and sink in ensuite. There is a sink in the smallest bedroom and a further toilet downstairs by the kitchen.

Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron.

General:

Real Fire, Central Heating, Telephone, House Linen. House towels provided on request

Dining:

Seating for 10.

Entertainment:

Terrestrial TV, DVD, Radio, CD System, Board Games. There are three televisions available in the cottage, the X BOX is in the sunroom (plays DVD's') with the bed settee so that adults and children can relax and do their own thing if they wish!
